We are located on the Digha-Ashiana Road, quite close to Don Bosco Academy. It is a well-known spot in the area. Torque Autowheel is where we handle all things related to wheels and cars. The road outside is always busy with commuters and school buses. Our place is basically a large garage with some office space attached. It is not the cleanest environment, but that is because we are actually working on vehicles. There is always some tire changing or wheel balancing going on. The floors have those inevitable black marks from the rubber. We do not have a fancy waiting lounge with a TV. Most people just stand around and chat while we work, or they come back later. It is a straightforward business. We do not use scripts or corporate talk when we speak to people. We just tell them what needs doing and how much it will cost. The proximity to Don Bosco Academy means we see a lot of activity throughout the day. We have built a decent rhythm here over the years. Some days are hectic and others are a bit slower, giving us time to clean up the tools. We just focus on the cars and making sure the wheels are right. It is a practical, no-nonsense shop on a busy road. That is really all there is to it.
