It is a busy neighborhood, so there is always a lot going on outside our doors. Inside, it’s a bit different. We have a few classrooms set up for students who need extra help with their studies. I’ve been around this area for years. The building is older, but it is solid. We don't have air conditioning in every room, just the usual ceiling fans that hum while we work. I handle a lot of the administrative stuff myself, along with some of the teaching. It’s not a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us trying to help the local kids get through their exams. We have bookshelves filled with old textbooks and piles of practice papers that we’ve collected over the seasons. Sometimes the tea man comes by in the afternoon, and we take a quick break. It is a very normal, local setup. We don't use flashy advertisements or big billboards. People just walk in because they live nearby or their friends told them about us. It’s a practical place for learning. Nothing more and nothing less. We just open up in the morning and stay until the last student leaves in the evening. It works for us and the local community.
