T.N.T. Speedage Cargo

Down here in the Khurda district of Orissa, we run the cargo operations for T.N.T. Speedage. It is a local setup, nothing too fancy. We spend most of our time at the office or out near the loading docks. Being in Orissa, we deal with a lot of different types of cargo coming through the region. We don't have a big glass building. It is just a regular office where we keep track of the trucks and the packages. Some days it is raining hard and things slow down, but we stay at it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we are responsible for gets where it is going. We know the roads around Khurda pretty well by now. The staff here has been together for a bit, so we have a good rhythm. It is a lot of checking lists and making phone calls to drivers. We keep it simple. If you come by, you will just see people working and papers everywhere. We don't use much corporate talk. We just tell you if the cargo is on time or if there is a delay. It is an honest way to work. We like being part of the local community here. It is busy work, but it is what we know how to do. We just keep moving forward with the daily shipments and the paperwork involved.
