Our lab is located in the Durga Heritage building on Jagdeopath Bailey Road. It is quite easy to find because we are right near the Tanishq showroom. This part of Patna is always moving, with cars and people everywhere on Bailey Road. We have been set up here in Sheikhpura for some time. The facility isn't overly decorated or anything like that. It’s mostly just white walls and the machines we use for testing. We have a small area where people sit and wait for their blood to be taken or to pick up their reports. It gets quite busy in the mornings because that’s when most people want their tests done before heading to work. The staff here is used to the rush. We handle a lot of paperwork and samples every single day. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have fancy carpets or lounge music. It’s just a place where you come to get your health checked. Sometimes the wait is a bit long if the queue is big, but people mostly just scroll on their phones or chat. We try to keep things organized as best as we can. Being on such a main road means we see a lot of different people from all over Patna. It’s a noisy, busy, and very functional part of the city. We just focus on getting the reports out and keeping the place clean for the next person.
