Thruway Infrastructure Private Limited is located at House No. 23 in Chak Musallahpur, Machuatoli. This is an old part of Patna, and our office is in the house that belonged to Late Dhallu Mahto. It’s a place with a lot of history, and it doesn't feel like a modern office at all. The streets outside are always narrow and packed with people and rickshaws, so getting materials in and out can be a real challenge sometimes. We aren't some big, polished company from a tech park. We are right in the middle of the city's hustle and bustle. Most of our days are spent dealing with the chaos of urban construction. We have to coordinate with a lot of different people just to get one small job finished. There’s always a lot of shouting and noise, but that’s just Patna for you. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals written on the walls. We just focus on the next pile of bricks or the next stretch of road that needs fixing. It’s a lot of physical work and constant problem-solving. We try to keep things straightforward and not overcomplicate the process. If a client has a question, they just come over and we talk it out over some tea. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far in this busy neighborhood.
