The Smile

You can find us at Korma Kothi in the Saket Vihar Mora area of Anisabad. We are on the first floor, right above the Bank of Baroda. It is a convenient spot because the bank is a very clear landmark for everyone. The building is one of those typical multi-story structures in Patna where different businesses share the space. Our area is fairly simple. We have a few rooms set up for our sessions. The windows look out over the street, and we can see the people coming and going from the bank all day long. Inside, it’s mostly just chairs and some tables we’ve put together. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes by, one of us just steps out to talk to them. The atmosphere is pretty quiet inside, which is good for focusing, although you can hear the occasional car horn from the street below. We’ve been in this Saket Vihar location for a bit now and have gotten used to the daily rhythm of the neighborhood. The power cuts can be a bit of a problem, but we have a small backup to keep the lights on so we don't have to stop working. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a local place where we do our daily work and help out the people who come to us. The bank guard downstairs usually says hello when we arrive in the morning, which is a nice way to start the day. It’s a very grounded, normal place.
