Teachmee Edtech Ventures Private Limited is tucked away in Karbigahiya, Patna. We are located at the house of Surendra Prasad in the New Karbigahiya area. Since we are in the 800001 zip code, we are right in the middle of everything. Phulwari is nearby too. It’s a very busy part of Bihar. The office is basically a few rooms converted for our edtech work. We spend a lot of time on laptops, trying to figure out how to make learning a bit easier for people. The building is older, with those thick walls that keep it somewhat cool in the summer. There is always a bit of dust because of the traffic outside, but we try to keep the place tidy. Most of us take the bus or a rickshaw to get here. It’s not a shiny glass building, just a regular house turned into a workspace. We know the shopkeepers on the corner by name. Sometimes we sit on the steps during our lunch break just to watch the world go by. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don’t have fancy uniforms or corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just have our work and our small team. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. It feels more like a family than a company most days, honestly. We usually end the day by making sure all the lights are off and locking up the heavy front gate.
