Over in Patna, near the railway line in Panchwati Nagar, is where you’ll find our office. We are at Kaushlendra Kumar Sinha’s place, P.O. Rajendra Nagar. Tantia Constructions Limited has a footprint here because there is always something needing to be built or fixed in this area. You can hear the trains going by sometimes, which is just part of the atmosphere. The office is pretty plain. We have our files, some calculators, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. It’s a practical workspace for a construction crew. We spend most of our time out on the roads or at building sites, but this is our anchor. Patna is a busy place and we try to keep up with it. We aren't corporate types who sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. We’re out there in the heat and the dust. We take pride in the fact that we use our hands and our brains to get things done. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes we’re tired, but the work is satisfying. People in Rajendra Nagar know where we are if they need help with a project. We don’t need a big flashy sign. Our work speaks for itself, and we’ve been around long enough that word of mouth is plenty. The heat can be something else in the summer, but we just keep going. It’s a busy city and there is always something new.
