We are located right here in Patna. Our office is in a part of town that stays busy from sunrise to long after dark. We work in the pharmaceutical side of things, mostly dealing with the supply chain and getting medicines to the local hospitals. My day usually starts with a stack of invoices that need to be cleared. It isn't the most thrilling work, but it’s important for keeping things running. Patna can get really humid, and our small air conditioner struggles to keep up sometimes. We have a few delivery bikes that go in and out all day long. I usually have to stay on top of the drivers to make sure they aren’t taking too long on their routes. We’ve been operating in this city for a long time, so we know most of the pharmacists around here by their first names. We don't have a big glossy brochure or a fancy mission statement posted on the wall. We just have a calendar and a bunch of clipboards. It’s a bit chaotic some days when several shipments arrive at once, but we just roll up our sleeves and get to work. Most of us have lived in Patna our whole lives, so we’re used to the way things work here. We just want to do our part and go home at the end of the day to see our families.
