Swaranya Homes Private Limited

Our place is called Swaranya Homes and we’re located at Prem Kunj in the Kurji area of Patna. It’s really close to the Bank of Baroda, so that’s the easiest way to find us if you’re wandering around looking for the office. Satish Kumar is the main guy here. The office is tucked away, and it’s got a bit of a homey feel to it, probably because it’s part of a residential setup. We spend a lot of time looking at different housing projects around Patna. It’s a growing city, so there’s always something being built or someone trying to sell an old family home. We aren't trying to be the biggest real estate company in Bihar, we just want to help people get their keys without too much trouble. Sometimes the paperwork gets stuck at the government offices, and we have to go down there and wait in line, which is never fun. But that’s real estate for you. We keep a stack of files on the corner table and a fan that squeaks when it’s on high. It’s a local business through and through. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the guys at the bank. If you need to know about Kurji or the surrounding neighborhoods, we probably have an answer or know someone who does. It’s just a regular day-to-day life for us here in the city. We enjoy the work and the people we meet.
