It’s a pretty well-known part of the city so it isn't too hard for people to locate us. The office is a basic place where we handle the transport business day in and day out. Baily Road is always packed with cars and people so there is a lot of energy outside the door. We aren’t a massive corporation with a lobby and a receptionist, just a few of us working in a room to make sure the transport side of things is running okay. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit but that is just part of living and working in Patna. We have some chairs for visitors and a lot of registers where we write everything down. Shanti Vihar is a nice enough colony and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a good while. We don’t really believe in making things look better than they are. It’s just an honest transport office where the work gets done by real people. We drink a lot of tea and talk to drivers most of the morning.
