We handle building stuff and keeping things running. The office is over at Shalini Kumari’s place in Marutinagar, Chiraiyatand. Manish and the rest of us spend most days out on sites or managing the paperwork from Jakkanpur. It's a busy operation. We deal with cleaning, maintenance, and all that everyday facility work people usually forget about until something breaks. Living and working around Karbigahiya means we know the local shortcuts and how the weather gets here. It’s not fancy work, but it needs doing right. Most of the time, we're just coordinating between different teams and making sure the lights stay on or the floors stay decent. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's just quiet planning. We've been at 89 Marutinagar for a while now. It's a small team, really. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything, just a desk and some files. If you walk by Jakkanpur, you've probably seen our guys around. We try to keep things simple and just get the job done without too much fuss. It gets hot in the afternoons here, so we usually get the heavy lifting done early. That's just how we run things. Nothing too complicated, just managing properties and making sure the people inside are okay. There’s always something that needs fixing or a bill that needs sorting, and that’s basically what we do. It’s honest work for honest pay, and we like being part of the neighborhood here.
