Sunrise Projects And Construction Pvt. Ltd. operates out of an office on Belly Road in Patna. We are located near Jai Marble in Khajpura, specifically at the Dashrath Prasad Maurya Path. Being on Belly Road means it's usually busy outside, but it’s a good spot for us. We handle construction projects around the city and sometimes further out in Bihar. It is a lot of site visits and checking on bricks and cement. Most of the time, our boots are muddy from being out on the ground. We started this because we saw how much Patna was growing and wanted to be part of building it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is mostly just us and our site supervisors making sure things get built the way they should. If you come by the office, you'll probably see blueprints spread out over the tables. We talk to a lot of local vendors for materials because it’s easier than getting things from far away. Building stuff is hard work and there are always delays with labor or materials, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just one that does a decent job on every site we take on. It is a local operation through and through, and we like it that way. We just keep building, one brick at a time.
