Our office is located in Gardanibagh, at the home of Sri Niwash Tiwari in Sadhanapuri. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, which makes it a peaceful place to work. Streben Services is a small outfit. We didn't want a big office in a shopping mall. We preferred staying in a place like Gardanibagh where it feels more like a community. We have set up in a couple of rooms. It’s mostly desks and some computers. We do a lot of service-based work. The atmosphere is very informal. We might be wearing regular clothes and drinking tea while we work. It’s not about looking fancy for us. We just want to make sure the work is accurate. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat. We like that. It keeps things friendly. We have been here for a bit now and we have a routine. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. The paperwork can be a lot sometimes, but we stay on top of it. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. People mostly find us through friends or by seeing our small sign. We are just regular people trying to run a decent business in Sadhanapuri. It’s not always perfect, but we put the effort in. We stay focused on the tasks we have for the day and go home when they are done. It’s a quiet life and that suits us just fine. We just try to stay consistent.
