We are based out in the Barh area, which is part of the Patna district in Bihar. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like it here. Things move at a different pace in this part of the country. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet up before heading out. We’ve been part of the local scene for a while. Most of the folks working here grew up around Bihar. We don't have a big fancy website or a lot of staff in suits. Usually, you’ll find us in work clothes, just trying to get through the list of things to do. The weather gets pretty hot in the summer, but the fans in the office keep us going. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our part in the Barh area. It is a practical setup. We know the local roads and the people around here. If someone needs something, they usually just drop by or send a message. We don't use much jargon. We just talk like normal people because that is who we are. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when the local market is busy. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand. That’s how we’ve always done it at Spml in Patna.
