Souryam Retail Pvt Ltd is located in Punaichak, Patna. We are on the first floor of a building called Binda Bhawan. If you are coming our way, we are right near the CTW office, which most people in this part of town know. Being in Patna means it is always lively and there is plenty of traffic on the streets outside our windows. Our office space is pretty basic. We have some desks, some computers, and a lot of paperwork because retail business can be complicated like that. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small, dedicated group of people working out of Binda Bhawan every day. The first floor is nice because it is away from the street noise just enough to let us concentrate on our tasks. We handle retail operations, which means we are often busy coordinating between different suppliers and our various customers. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication on the phone and through email. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we just manage to get things done anyway. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a polished image for the public. We just want to do our retail business well and keep our customers happy without any extra drama. Punaichak is a decent neighborhood for us, and we have gotten to know the other people in the building quite well over the years.
