Smart Construction Pvtltd

Our office is tucked away in R.K. Villa Apartment over on Boring Road. If you know Patna, you know how busy this area gets with all the traffic and shops. Smart Construction Pvtltd has been operating out of this flat, number 205B1, for a good bit now. It is a regular apartment that we turned into a workspace. There are blueprints rolled up in the corners and sample tiles leaning against the walls. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to site supervisors or checking on materials. It gets noisy sometimes when the fans are going and everyone is talking at once. We don't really have a big reception desk or anything. You just walk in and someone is probably sitting at a computer or looking at a map of a new site. Most of our projects are scattered around the city, so we are often running out the door to go check on progress. It is a bit of a juggle sometimes, especially when the rains come and everything slows down. But we manage. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to make sure the buildings stay standing and the clients aren't upset. It's practical work. We drink a lot of tea while looking at schedules. That’s pretty much the daily life here at the office. We keep things moving as best as we can.
