If you’re looking for Sinclair Knight Merz Consulting, we are located right opposite the Pepsi bottling plant in Visakhapatnam. We’re actually at the Shell petrol station in the Chandram Palem area. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a consulting office, but it works for us. PM Palem Post is just nearby. Being near the highway and the plant means there’s always a lot of movement around. Our office is a simple place where we do our consulting work. We don’t have a big glass tower or a fancy entrance. It’s just a functional space where we look at data and talk to clients. The Vizag heat can be something else, so we’re thankful for the air conditioning when it works. We’ve got a small group of people here who are really dedicated. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound like we’re from some big movie. We just talk like regular people and get the job done. Sometimes the noise from the bottling plant or the petrol station is a bit much, but you get used to it. We like being in this part of Visakhapatnam because it feels like things are actually happening. We spend our days on the computer or out at various sites. It’s a straightforward life. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes. We just show up, do our consulting, and go home to our families when the day ends.
