Simanchal Construction

Simanchal Construction is based out of Patna, specifically over at Kishore Apartment in Nehru Nagar. We are in room 101, which is basically where we keep all our blueprints and site files. Patliputra is a busy area but we like being centrally located because it makes getting to various building sites around Bihar a lot easier. We deal with bricks, cement, and a lot of planning every single day. Construction is messy work and our office usually shows it with dust on the boots and stacks of drawings on every table. It’s just how it is. We are not a giant corporation with shiny glass walls. It is more of a family feel where people drop in to talk about project timelines or supply deliveries. Some days are loud with phone calls and other days we are all out in the field seeing how the walls are coming up. Dealing with the weather in Patna can be tricky for building but we manage. We’ve been at this address for a while now and the neighbors know us. It is a straightforward operation. We just want to get the structures built and move on to the next one. Working in Nehru Nagar keeps us close to the heart of the city. We have a few old chairs for visitors and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. That is us in a nutshell.
