Shubhyam Nidhi Limited is based out of B-6 in Patrakar Nagar, which is part of the Kankarbagh area. Chandra Kumar Sinha is the person who runs the show around here and keeps us organized. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not as loud as the main markets, which we like for doing our work. We’ve been here for a while and most of the people who come to see us are from the nearby houses. We aren't a fancy establishment. It is just a regular office where we do our business. We spend our days going through accounts and talking to our members about their needs. It’s a lot of small-scale stuff, nothing too big or complicated. We prefer it that way because we can actually get to know people who walk through the door. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. Someone tells a neighbor they had a good experience, and then they come in to see what we are about. We try to be honest and clear about everything we do. There’s no hidden stuff here. It's just us, some desks, and our records kept in folders. If you are in Patrakar Nagar, you probably already know where B-6 is. We're there most days, just keeping things moving along. It’s a good community to be a part of, and we are glad to be working here in Kankarbagh with so many familiar faces.
