Shivay Real Estate Private Limited

Shivay Real Estate is tucked away in Kalyanpur, specifically over in Maswanpur near the PWD colony. We are on Plot Number 78 A in Colony Number 2. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren’t from around here, but once you get to Araji No 609, you’re pretty much there. We set up shop here because this part of town is growing fast. A lot of families are looking to build homes in this sector. We aren't a massive corporation with glass walls and suits. It's just us in a regular office dealing with local plots and houses. Some days are slow, and some days everyone wants to look at the same piece of land at once. We spend a lot of time walking around the different sections of the colony, checking on boundaries and talking to neighbors. The roads around Maswanpur can be a bit rough during the rains, but that’s just how it is. We’ve seen this area change quite a bit over the last few years. People come to us because they want someone who actually knows the local land records and won’t give them the runaround. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to, even when things get hectic. Dealing with property takes time and a lot of patience. We just show up every day and try to get the paperwork right for whoever walks in. It’s hard work but we like being here because the people are friendly.
