SHIKSHARANJAN FOOD (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is a small food business located in Village Mohjama. We are based at Rajnish Kumar Ranjan’s house, which is House No. 72 in Ward No-11. This is in the Mathurapur Dak area of Muzaffarpur. We are an "one person company" on paper, but it takes a lot of help from the family and local folks to keep things going. We work with food products, which means we have to be very careful with how we handle things in our workspace. It is a village environment, so we use what we have and keep things very clean. We don't have any big industrial kitchens; it is more of a home-based setup that we have scaled up for the business. You can usually smell whatever we are working on if you walk by the house. We spend our time packing and checking the quality of the food items. It’s hard work, and the days can be long, especially when we have a big batch to finish. We don't have a website or any fancy ads. Most of the people who know us are from the Muzaffarpur area. We just want to make sure the food we produce is good enough for our own families to eat. It’s a humble business, but it keeps us busy and connected to the land here in Mohjama.
