Our office is over at Flat No. 1B in the J.D. Tower, which is right on Exhibition Road in Patna. It’s a pretty well-known building near Sahyogi Press. Shark Realty Llp is just a small group of us who have been working in this area for a while now. Exhibition Road is always packed with traffic and people, so it’s a lively spot to be. We deal with all kinds of property stuff, mostly right here in the heart of the city. We don’t go for any of that polished corporate talk you see in big ads. We just sit down with whoever comes in and talk about what they need. Sometimes it's about a shop space, other times it's a flat. The building we are in is easy to find, which helps since people are always stopping by. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking through files. Real estate in Patna can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and the way things change, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a practical business. We’ve been in J.D. Tower long enough that the guards know us by name. It’s a good location for what we do. We don't make big promises, we just show people what's available and help them with the paperwork.
