Our office is located at A-9 in the Hari Arcade, which is tucked behind Abhishek Plaza on Exhibition Road in Patna. If you know Patna, you know that Exhibition Road is one of the most hectic places to be, with people and rickshaws everywhere. Being in Hari Arcade gives us a little bit of a break from the noise outside, though it’s still pretty lively. At Shantayai Business Solutions, we mostly handle the behind-the-scenes stuff that other businesses don’t want to deal with. It’s a lot of sitting at computers, filling out forms, and helping people figure out their business paperwork. We don’t have any fancy furniture or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a practical workspace with desks, chairs, and a lot of tea being drunk throughout the day. People come to us when they are stuck with something or need a bit of help getting their own operations organized. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to help our clients get their work done so they can go home. Sometimes the building's elevator doesn't work, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It’s just a regular local business run by regular people who know how to handle the local bureaucracy. We don’t do much advertising because most people find us just by walking through the arcade or hearing about us from a friend who used our help before.
