Satyarpan Retails And Export Private is based out of Flat No. 102. This is in the Vasuseo area. It’s actually care of Balmiki Sharma, who is related to the late Surya Dev Sharma. We use this space for all our retail and export operations. It’s not a shop you can just walk into from the street. It’s more of a place where we manage the back-end stuff. The neighborhood is fairly residential, so it stays pretty calm during the day. We handle a lot of retail logistics. It’s a lot of checking boxes and making sure labels are correct. We started small and just kept going. The flat has enough room for our computers and a few shelves of samples. Sometimes the neighbors ask what we do because we get a lot of mail. We just tell them we’re busy with exports. My wife helps with the accounts in the evenings after her regular job. We don’t have a big team or anything. It’s just us trying to make a living. The commute isn’t bad since we’re right here. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking at shipping rates. It gets tedious, but someone has to do it. We don't really have any big plans to move soon. This setup works for what we need right now.
