You can find Satyachandan Bhr Nidhi Limited over at Colonel Niwas in P C Colony. It is house number Cc 49, which is a fairly easy spot to find if you know the Kankarbagh area. The house is an old one, and it has that solid feel to it. We set up the office in the front section so people don't have to walk through the whole residence. Kankarbagh is always noisy with traffic and people, but once you step inside Colonel Niwas, it gets a lot quieter. We have a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long to keep the heat away. There are always stacks of files on the shelves because we like to keep a physical record of everything. Most of the people who come in are from the nearby streets in the colony. We know which neighbor has a new car and whose kids are away at school. It’s a tight-knit community here in this part of town. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, whoever is free just looks up from their desk when the bell rings. Sometimes the tea man from the corner comes by with glass cups of hot chai. We take our time with the paperwork to make sure nothing is missed. It isn't a corporate setup with glass walls and uniforms. It’s just a regular room in a regular house where we handle the Nidhi business for the local residents.
