Sarvshakti Solution Private Limited

Sarvshakti Solution is based in the HB Colony area, specifically at Shop No-B in MIG 88. Kumar Bhartendu is the one who handles things here. The shop is quite small, so it gets a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at the same time. We’ve got shelves lining the walls filled with different things we need for the business. HB Colony is a decent residential area, so it’s not as loud as the main markets, which is nice for getting things done. We don’t have a big sign with flashing lights; just a simple board that tells people where we are. Usually, the door is kept halfway open to let some fresh air in. We spend our days answering calls and trying to fix problems that our clients bring to us. It’s called Sarvshakti Solution, but we’re just regular people working out of a small space. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just a basic computer and a printer that jams if you put too much paper in it. Sometimes Kumar brings in some snacks from the local bakery and we take a break to talk about the cricket scores. It’s a relaxed environment, even when we have a lot of work to finish. We don't worry about being the biggest company around; we just want to make sure the people who come to our shop are satisfied. It's a small business, but it's ours. We try our best every day.
