My family and I run this travel desk over at 11, Dalhatta Marufganj. We are right by the Dalhatta Devi Sthan, so it is pretty easy to spot if you know where the temple is. It is quite noisy around here in Patna City with all the traffic and people moving about. We handle a lot of car bookings and bus trips for people who need to get out of town. Most of our days are spent on the phone or talking to drivers who pull up outside. It is not a big office, just a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We have been in Marufganj for a good number of years. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones act up, but we manage to get the work done. People come in asking about train tickets or how to get to the next town over without spending too much. We just give them the prices and see what works for their budget. It is a busy life here in Patna. The street is always crowded with carts and bikes. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It feels like home even when it is totally chaotic. We do not really do big advertising. Most folks just walk in because they saw our name or a friend told them. We try to keep things simple. If a car is late, we just tell you.
