Adven Jeans

Adven Jeans is a small operation we run out of Flat No. 301 in the Sai Niketan Apartment. We are located on Road No. 0 inside Shivpuri, which is a mostly residential neighborhood. It’s a bit different to have a business in an apartment building, but it allows us to keep things quiet and focused. We have converted part of the flat into a workspace where we handle the cutting and packing of our jeans. We don't have a storefront or a big sign outside the building, so most people don't even know we are here unless we tell them. We use the elevator a lot to move our supplies up to the third floor, and sometimes the neighbors get a bit curious about all the activity. We don't have a corporate structure or any fancy titles for ourselves. It is just a small group of us working together to get the orders finished. Shivpuri is a nice place to work from because it isn't as loud as the main commercial markets. We don't spend any money on advertising or big marketing campaigns. We mostly rely on the way we make the jeans to get more orders. Sometimes the space feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of fabric delivered at once, but we manage to make it work. We aren't trying to become a global brand; we just want to do our work well and live a decent life. It’s a simple, home-grown business.
