You’ll find our office in Patna, right in Chiraiyatar on Devi Asthane Lane. The building is called Rajshri. It’s one of those narrow lanes where things can get a bit crowded, especially when people are parked on both sides. We’ve been operating out of here for a while, focusing on construction and engineering stuff. The office is usually a bit of a mess with rolls of blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks laying around. We have a small team here in Patna, and we spend most of our time between this office and the various sites we’re working on. The weather here can be tough, either it's too hot or the monsoon turns the lanes into a bit of a swamp, but we keep the work going regardless. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything like that. People mostly find out about us through word of mouth in the neighborhood. We sit around the desk, figure out the costs, talk to the contractors, and try to make sure the materials show up on time. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but that’s just how construction is. We like being in Chiraiyatar because it’s central, even if the traffic is a nightmare sometimes. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us here, dealing with the daily grind of building things.
