Our place is at No. 2- H/ 78 in the Bahadurpur Housing Colony. Being in Kankarbagh means we are in a more residential part of town compared to the main commercial centers. It’s a bit different running a medical enterprise from a housing colony, but it works for us. The neighbors know us, and it feels a bit more like a community here. We have rooms filled with medical supplies and equipment. It’s not a showroom; it’s more of a functional space where we pack things and manage our records. Sometimes people have a hard time finding the exact house number because the colony is big and the streets all look similar after a while. We spend a lot of time coordinating deliveries and making sure the right supplies get to the clinics. The office is simple. We have a few desks, some sturdy shelves, and a lot of boxes. It’s usually quiet in the mornings, but gets busier as the day goes on. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big reception area. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in the middle of checking an order or talking to a delivery driver. It’s just us doing our daily tasks in a regular Patna neighborhood. We like it here because it’s not as chaotic as the main market. We just keep our heads down and get the medical supplies out to the people who need them.
