Ritwik Corporation

Ritwik Corporation is based out of Minta Bhavan in the Matwari House area of Hazaribagh. It is a pretty quiet spot compared to the bigger cities, and we prefer it that way. Our office is just a regular building where we handle our daily business affairs. There are no big signs or flashing lights out front to grab attention. We mostly deal with local projects and people we have known for many years. The team we have is small, and we all know each other’s families and backgrounds. We do not have a lot of formal meetings; usually, we just talk over things at our desks or while getting some water from the cooler. We handle various tasks, from keeping track of supplies to managing local contracts and paperwork. It is the kind of place where things move at a steady, predictable pace. We do not rush just for the sake of rushing, but we make sure the work gets done by the end of the day. Sometimes we have visitors from out of town, and we usually just meet them in our main room which is filled with old wooden furniture. The fans make a bit of noise in the summer, but it is a comfortable place to work. We are not trying to be some massive global company. We just want to do our part here in Hazaribagh and keep things running smoothly for everyone involved. It is about being reliable.
