Rg Clinic

We are over in the E/129 section of the doctors colony in Kankarbagh. It’s right by the Malahipakhri chowk, which is a big landmark in this part of Patna. This area has a lot of medical places, so it’s a bit of a hub for folks needing checkups. Our clinic is just one of the many houses that have been turned into clinics over the years. It’s a bit cramped sometimes because we have a lot of stuff stored in the back, but it works for us. The waiting area is just a small room with some benches for people to sit. We get people coming in from all over Kankarbagh because it’s easy to reach from the main road. The traffic at the chowk can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we often have people arriving late for their turn. We don't get too stressed about it. We just take them as they come and do what we can. There’s a tea stall nearby, so sometimes we grab a cup while things are slow in the afternoon. It’s a very straightforward medical office. We keep our records in big ledgers and on a basic computer. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel; we just want to provide a place where people can come and talk to a doctor about what’s bothering them. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction, but we do our best.
