It’s a well-known landmark, so most rickshaw drivers know where to go. Reliance Telecom operates from here, though it feels more like a community hub than a standard office. It’s often busy because Patel Nagar is a crowded area. We’ve got phones ringing all day and people coming in with questions about their connections. The office is a bit small, and we have to stack boxes in the corner sometimes. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We don't have those fancy glass partitions you see in movies. It’s just desks pushed together. We share a lot of laughs during the day, which helps when the work gets stressful. Patna heat is no joke, so the ceiling fans are always on full blast. We’re just a local team trying to keep the service running for everyone in the colony and beyond.
