Rcd, Bihar Govt.

This is the Rcd, Bihar Govt. office operating out of Raghubansh Apartment in Patna. We are located in Block B, specifically in Flat No 17. Shashtri Nagar is a pretty central area, so it is easy for people to reach us from different parts of the city. Ramanuj Pandey is the one we are staying with here in this flat. It is a residential apartment, so it gets a bit tight when we have a lot of files and maps to move around for the road projects. Since this is related to government road work, we have a lot of charts and project reports lying on the tables and on the floor. The elevators in the building are a bit old and sometimes they get stuck when the power fluctuates, so most of us just take the stairs to the flat. It is not a polished government building with a big gate and guards; it is much more humble than that. We spend our days coordinating with different departments and making sure the paperwork for the roads is moving through the system correctly. Sometimes the noise from the street below is quite loud, especially during busy hours or local festivals. We just close the windows and try to focus on the work. We don't have fancy office furniture, just some old wooden desks and chairs that have been around for quite a few years.
