We're located right at Dak Bangla Chauraha, which is always a hectic area. People are always rushing by. At Rajdhani Railway Online Ticket Counter, we spend most of our day looking at screens and trying to find seats for people. Booking train tickets can be a real headache, especially with the schedules changing and the internet being slow sometimes. We sit here and try to help anyone who walks in get where they need to go. It's a small place, nothing too special to look at. Just some computers and a couple of chairs for people while they wait. We know how frustrating it is when you just want to go visit family or travel for work and everything is waitlisted. We do what we can with the system we have. It’s a lot of typing and checking IDs. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. Most people around here know us. We aren't doing anything fancy, just helping with the bookings so people don't have to struggle with it at home. It’s a straightforward job. We open up early and stay until the work is done.
