Raj Lakshmi Yatra Solutions is located at Hari Raj Niketan on Rampati Path. We are very close to Patna Junction, which is useful for anyone coming off a train and needing help with the next leg of their journey. The office itself isn't very big, but it serves its purpose for our daily work. We spend our time figuring out travel routes and helping people find the right transport for their needs. Being so near the main station means things can get quite hectic, especially during the busy holiday seasons or when there is a big rush of people in the city. We see people from all over the country who are just passing through Patna for a day or two. We try to keep our process simple so people don't get frustrated or confused. Usually, we just sit down with a customer and go over the various options for cars or tickets. We don't have any scripted speeches or polished marketing lines. We just talk like normal people do. Sometimes we are busy on the phones for hours at a time, and other times it is a bit quieter and we can finally catch up on our paperwork. The building, Hari Raj Niketan, is quite well-known in this area, so finding us isn't usually an issue for the locals. We have been here long enough that we know most of the shortcuts and the best ways to get around.
