Raas Homes is located at house number 110 in Kusumpuram Colony, right near Danapur Cantt in Patna. It’s actually a residential house where Rakesh Ranjan Singh and the rest of us handle the business side of things. We work on building houses and managing property projects. Since we are in a colony, it’s much quieter than the main parts of Patna, which we appreciate. We don't have a fancy corporate office with a sign out front. It’s just a regular home that we’ve turned into our workspace. Our tables are usually covered with blueprints, site photos, and plenty of notebooks. We spend a lot of time talking to local contractors and making sure our projects are on track. People mostly find us through friends or neighbors because we don't do much advertising. We like to keep things direct and simple. If there is a problem at a site, we just head over there and fix it. It’s a very hands-on way to work. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in the city, we just want to do a decent job on the homes we work on. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. It feels more personal this way, and we know our clients appreciate the honest approach we take.
