Prema Honda

If you’re in Patna, you probably know the Exhibition Road Chouraha. That’s where Prema Honda is, right at the main crossing. It is one of the busiest spots in the city, and the noise from the horns and traffic never really stops until very late at night. Our place is always full of people coming in to look at scooters or get their bikes checked out. It’s a big, open area with tiled floors that we try to keep clean, though people bring in a lot of dust from the road. The staff here is mostly local guys who know their way around an engine. We don't have a quiet office; it’s mostly just the sound of people talking and the occasional engine starting up. There are some chairs for customers to sit on while they wait, and usually, there’s a TV playing the news in the corner. We have a lot of paperwork to handle with every sale, so the desks at the back are usually covered in forms and pens. It’s a fast-paced environment. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when there’s a rush, but we just take it one person at a time. Exhibition Road is a great place to be because everyone passes through here. We spend our days answering questions, showing off the new models, and making sure the shop stays running smoothly despite the heat and the crowds outside.
