Ppe'S, Construction

We are located at 102 in the Magadh Vishwakarma Apartment. That’s right in Raza Bazar, Patna. If you know Patna, you know that Raza Bazar is always crowded and the traffic near the hospital area is a nightmare. Our office is a simple apartment space where we handle the construction business. Ppe'S Construction has been around this neighborhood for a bit. We don’t have a big showroom. It’s mostly blueprints, some samples of tiles, and a lot of phone calls to site supervisors. Construction in Bihar is all about managing people and getting materials on time despite the narrow streets. The office is usually a bit chaotic with people coming in to talk about their projects or laborers asking about the next shift. We have a few desks squeezed into the main room. There’s always someone drinking chai and looking over a site plan. We don't do much marketing because most of our work comes from people seeing our buildings or hearing about us from their neighbors. It’s a hands-on job. I spend half my day at the office and the other half at various sites across the city. It’s dusty work and sometimes frustrating when the weather doesn't cooperate, but we keep at it. We are just a group of people trying to build things that last without making a big fuss about it or using expensive office furniture.
