Our office is located in Room 306 of the Ramayan Apartment, right there on New Dak Bunglow Road in Patna. It’s a busy part of town, and we’ve been in this building for quite some time now. Being near Aparna Apartment makes us easy to find, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up. We are a small team of builders who mostly focus on local projects around Bihar. The office is usually filled with the sound of fans and people talking about cement or steel prices. We don't have a big showroom. Instead, we have a few desks and a lot of files from old jobs. We’ve seen Patna change a lot over the years, and we’ve just kept doing our thing in the middle of it. It’s honest work. Sometimes the deadlines are tight, and we have to put in extra hours, but we don't complain. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state. We just want to do a decent job on the buildings we take on. Most of our clients are people who walk in because they heard about us from a neighbor. We keep it straightforward and don’t use any of those fancy corporate phrases. It’s just us, working out of a flat in Patna.
