Personal Secretary To Managing Directors (3)

Working from Flat No. 15 in Padmaja Apartments in Seethammapeta, I handle the schedules for three different managing directors. It’s a busy flat in Visakhapatnam where the phones don't seem to stop ringing some days. Managing three bosses means I have to be very careful with the calendar. One might be heading to a meeting while another is expecting a visitor, and I have to keep it all straight. The office is right here in a residential apartment building, which is actually quite convenient for the local business flow. Most of my time is spent on the computer or talking to people who want to get a moment of the directors' time. I handle the travel bookings, the letters, and the various reports that need signing. It gets a little cramped when all three directors are in at once, but we make it work. Seethammapeta is a good central area, so it's easy for people to find us. I don't have a team of helpers; it’s just me keeping the gears turning. Sometimes I’m filing papers until late in the evening. There’s always a stack of documents waiting to be sorted or a list of calls that need to be returned. It’s a lot of responsibility, but I just take it one task at a time and try to keep everyone happy without losing my own mind in the process of managing three different sets of priorities.
