Perfect Vision Clinic

Perfect Vision Clinic is set up in units 1 and 2 of the Indraprasth Apartment building on West Boring Canal Road. It’s a bit of an older building, but it’s right in the middle of things. The canal road always has something going on, so there is plenty of movement outside our windows. We have taken two of the ground floor apartment spaces and turned them into the clinic area. It’s a bit of a layout because of how the rooms are divided, but we’ve made it work for the eye exams. The walls are mostly white, and we have the testing charts set up in the longer section of the room to get the distance right. There are drawers full of different lenses and frames scattered around the main office area. We usually have a light on over the desk where we do the paperwork because the natural light doesn't reach the back very well. It’s a quiet enough spot once you’re inside, even though the street is just a few feet away. Most people find us because they live in the apartments nearby or they’re walking along the canal. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a place to sit and a table with some old newspapers. It feels like a lived-in space because we spend so many hours here every week. We just keep things running, checking eyes and talking to people about their vision while the traffic rolls by outside. It's a simple, functional setup.
