Our office is located in South Mandiri, specifically in the Telegraph Colony area of Patna. It’s a busy part of town, being right in the heart of the city near the 800001 pin code. We operate out of Sri Birendra Kumar’s place. It’s easy to find if you know the colony. We started this because we saw that people around here needed a place to put their money and maybe get a small loan when things get tight. We aren't a big bank with glass walls and uniforms. It’s just a few of us in a room with some registers and a computer that sometimes acts up. People stop by on their way to work or when they are out shopping in the market nearby. Patna is a crowded place. Mandiri has its own rhythm. We try to keep things simple. You come in, we talk about what you need, and we see if it fits the rules. No long lines or complicated machines that don't work. We spend a lot of time just talking to the neighbors. It’s more of a community thing than anything else. Sometimes the tea arrives late, but we don't mind. We're just trying to be a reliable spot for the folks living in the colony. It's practical work, keeping the books balanced and helping people manage their savings. We've been here for a while now, and most people know where to find us. Anyway, it’s just us doing our bit.
