Patna Pharmalay

Patna Pharmalay is tucked away in Langer Toli Gali, right off Nala Road in the Machhua Toli area. If you know Patna, you know that these lanes can be very narrow and crowded with people, rickshaws, and scooters. Our shop is right in the middle of all that action. It can be a bit tricky for people to find us the first time, but once you know the landmark of Nala Road, it gets much easier. We deal with various pharmacy supplies and have been in this spot for quite a while now. The shelves are packed tight because we try to keep a bit of everything in stock for the customers. It’s a busy place with people coming in and out throughout the day asking for different things. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. The back room is where we keep the bulkier items and where we do most of the inventory counting. We don't have any air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that work hard to keep the air moving in the heat. Our team is small and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to dusting the bottles on the high shelves. It’s a very traditional way of running a business in a place like Machhua Toli. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting the orders ready for everyone who depends on us.
