Pappu Kirana N General Store

We are located in Shakuntala Market on B. Bhattacharya Road in the Patel Nagar area of Patna. It is a busy little market, and our store is right in the thick of it. We go by Pappu Kirana N General Store, and we’ve been serving the local community here for a good bit of time. The shop is full of bags of rice, lentils, and all the small household items that people need every day. It’s often a bit noisy with the market sounds and the traffic on the road, but we don't mind it much anymore. We spend a lot of our time weighing out goods or restocking the front shelves. It’s not a fancy job, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The people in Patel Nagar are mostly regulars who we’ve known for years. We know their kids and we know what they usually buy on a Sunday morning. The shop layout is a bit messy sometimes because we have so much stuff squeezed into the space, but we know where everything is. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. We just open the shutters, put out the items, and wait for the day to start. It’s a practical life, just working in the market and making sure the inventory stays fresh for the neighborhood.
