Pankaj Travels

Down in Bankipur, we have our little office for Pankaj Travels. Patna 800004 is a busy zip code and we have been part of it for a good bit. We mostly deal with local travel and getting cars sorted for people. Bankipur is an old part of the city, and we like the vibe here. It isn't a very large operation, just a few of us making sure the cars are ready and the drivers know where they are going. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. Most of our customers are neighbors or people who have heard about us from their friends. We just try to be honest about the timing and the costs. Sometimes things go wrong, like a tire gets flat or traffic is bad, but we try to fix it quickly. That is just how the travel business goes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk through the door. It’s a practical business. We don’t promise things we can’t do. If you need to get somewhere, we check what we have available. We’ve lived in Patna all our lives, so we know the shortcuts and the best routes. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Bankipur is home and we plan to stay here for the long run.
