Pankaj Car Services

We are based out of Flat No 205 in the Saptarshi Apartment building over in Bahadurpur. It is a quiet enough spot in Kankarbagh, though the streets nearby can get pretty crowded during the rush hours. Pankaj Car Services has been running from this location for some time now. We aren't a big showroom or anything like that, just a local spot where we handle car stuff. Most of our days are spent dealing with whatever vehicle issues come through the door. It’s mostly regular maintenance and fixing things that break down. Being in Patna, the dust and the heat really take a toll on engines, so we stay fairly busy with that. We have a small group of workers here. We aren't much for fancy talk or big promises. We just look at the car, figure out the problem, and try to fix it. Sometimes parts take a day or two to arrive, but that's just how it goes. People in the neighborhood know where we are. You just come to Saptarshi Apartment and head up. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend money on big signs or advertising because word of mouth usually works for us. We drink a lot of chai and spend most of the daylight hours with grease on our hands. It is a practical life. We just want to make sure the cars leaving here are running okay so the owners don't get stuck somewhere in the middle of traffic.
