Osgs Ventures Private Limited is located at Sanjay Gandhi Nagar in Patna. We are on Kali Mandir Road, right at the house of Arun Kumar Singh. It’s a residential area, so it doesn’t feel like a cold corporate office at all. We like the fact that we can work in a place that feels like a home. We deal with different types of ventures, which means our days are never quite the same. One day we might be looking at real estate stuff and the next we’re helping someone with a new business idea. It’s a lot of work, but we enjoy it. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who are good at multitasking. Kankarbagh is a big place, but Sanjay Gandhi Nagar has its own local feel. The office is just a few rooms with tables and chairs. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn't help get the work done. We talk to our clients like we’re talking to friends over tea. There’s no pressure and no sales talk. We just listen to what’s needed and see if we can make it happen. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit difficult to navigate, but we’re always here. We’ve built this bit by bit, and we’re proud of what we do. We don’t need to be the biggest company in Patna to be happy with our work.
