We’ve set up shop here to handle all the logistics work that comes our way. The office is pretty basic. We have our computers, some filing cabinets, and a place to sit and have tea. Most of the day is spent on the phone or tracking shipments on the screen. It can get really hot in Bihar during the summer months, so we try to get the heavy work done early. We aren't some big, faceless corporation that doesn't care about the details. We are just people working here in Patna, trying to make sure things get from one place to another. Sometimes the roads are blocked or there’s a festival, and we have to adjust our plans. That’s just life here. We don't have a big marketing department writing things for us. This is just how we work. Sunil and the rest of us just keep things moving as best as we can every single day. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the drivers know exactly where they are going despite the chaos on the roads sometimes.
